The Elo Cloud family
One system
A hospital isn't five systems — EloHIMS runs all of it.

One patient, one MRN, one built-in ledger, one live command centre — from the registration counter to the operating theatre.

Why EloHIMS
Outpatient (OPD)

OPD Token & Queue Management

Crowded corridors, arguments over "who's next," and doctors interrupted by patients wandering in are the daily friction of outpatient care. EloHIMS brings order to the OPD floor with a token-and-queue system that keeps patients in sequence, captures vitals before the consult, and lets each doctor pull the next patient on their own terms.

OPD that runs in order — fairly, calmly, on time.

OPD Token & Queue Management issues a token to each registered patient and maintains a live waiting queue per doctor and department. Nurses capture vitals directly at the queue before the patient sees the doctor, and the clinician works a simple "call-next / my-queue" flow — so the room stays calm, the order stays fair, and the consultation starts with the basics already recorded.

What you get

A fair, calm, ordered OPD floor

Patient token generationEach patient receives a token on registration, giving the OPD floor a clear, fair sequence.
Live waiting queueA real-time queue per doctor and department shows exactly who is waiting and who is next.
Nurse vitals capture at the queueVitals are recorded before the consultation, so the doctor opens the visit with key readings already in place.
Doctor call-next flowClinicians call the next patient themselves, controlling their own pace without corridor crowding.
My-queue doctor viewEach doctor sees their own live list of waiting patients for the session.
Per-department organisationQueues are structured by department and doctor for multi-specialty OPD coordination.
Vitals into the clinical recordReadings taken at the queue flow into the patient's chart for the consulting doctor.
80mm token printingTokens print on thermal counter printers for quick handout.
Audit-logged queue actionsQueue and vitals activity is captured in the audit trail.
Vitals-first consults

The consult starts with the basics already done

A nurse records blood pressure, temperature, pulse and weight right at the queue, before the patient ever steps into the room. Those readings flow straight into the clinical record, so when the doctor calls the next patient, the encounter opens with vitals in place — no repeating, no waiting, no gaps.

Because each doctor works their own "my-queue" and calls the next patient themselves, the corridor stays calm and the clinic keeps its rhythm.

The outcome
