Under Reports › Report Packs, pick a preset — monthly management, quarterly trustee or annual impact — or choose the reports yourself from the hospital's own library. Add the recipients, the send day and the format, and EloHIMS emails the pack on schedule through the hospital's own email channel.

What the trust carried, and for whom
For hospitals that treat patients free or at a concession, the subsidy on every live bill — donor funds, welfare concession and amounts waived — is reported by department, by doctor, and by fund and month. Cost per Free Patient groups it by welfare band; Paying vs Free classes every bill as panel, free, partly subsidised or paying and gives the paying-to-free ratio.
For trustees, Cost per Patient runs month by month — patients, billed, per patient, and what the trust carried. Free Patients by Band shows who is on each band, assessed and treated. The doctor commission statement shows each doctor's share by money point, department and month — billed, accrued, paid and reversed — with what is owed now. A share on a bill that is later voided is clawed back from the next payout. The panel statement lists each panel's credit bills and invoices the month in one step, and the package report shows each package's fee against the list value of the charges it covered.
