(“EloHIMS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit elohims.net or use the EloHIMS cloud hospital information & management platform. We keep this simple: we collect what we need to run the service, we don’t sell your data, and you stay in control of it.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information generated as you use EloHIMS:
- Account & contact data — name, facility name, email, phone and billing details you provide when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.
- Business & clinical data — the records your facility enters into EloHIMS (patient demographics, medical records, prescriptions, admissions, pharmacy, billing and accounting). This is your data; we process it only to provide the service to you as a data processor.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and basic analytics, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
- Cookies — essential cookies for sign-in and security, and limited analytics cookies. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the EloHIMS platform, process your subscription, respond to your requests, send service and (with consent) marketing messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use patient clinical data for any purpose other than delivering the service to your facility.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal or patient data. We share it only with: trusted service providers who help us run EloHIMS (hosting, payments, email/SMS, analytics) under confidentiality terms; regulatory and tax authorities where you have enabled compliance features; partners you choose to connect (payment gateways, messaging providers); and where required by law.
4. Data storage & security
Your data is hosted on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and regular backups. Each facility’s data is logically isolated per tenant, and every clinical and financial action is captured in an audit trail. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information and to notify you promptly of any material breach.
5. Data retention
We keep your account, business and clinical data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal, medico-legal and tax requirements. You can request export or deletion of your data, subject to records that must be retained by law.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us below.
